Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative development and production lifecycle for a range of marketing initiatives, including Content Marketing, Brand, Experiential, and Business Development.
  • Maintain a high-level view of multiple campaigns while managing the details of hundreds of deliverables, specifications, and rolling delivery dates.
  • Develop detailed multi-month schedules, mapping out all creative milestones from concept through to production, post-production, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to source and allocate the best resources for each project, utilizing a mix of internal creatives, external agencies, and freelance talent.
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies on project kick-offs, briefings, budgets, scopes, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Manage large-scale photo and video shoots, securing photographers or directors, negotiating budgets, drafting contracts, and coordinating talent logistics, glam needs, and photo selects.
  • Handle both fully owned projects and provide production support where necessary.
  • Source, vet, and onboard new creative agencies and production companies.
  • Ensure compliance across all projects, including legal reviews, music, photo, and footage licensing, talent approvals, and third-party agreements.
  • Manage campaign budgets and administrative tasks, including expense tracking, SOWs, POs, invoices, budget reports, and licensing reports.
  • Participate actively in work sessions to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of project management and production experience, ideally within a TV network, creative agency, or entertainment company.
  • Extensive experience planning and managing video and photo shoots.
  • Proven track record managing complex creative campaigns across multiple media channels, including digital advertising, broadcast, OOH, paid social, organic social, and experiential.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, licensing, contracts, and legal reviews.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as AirTable, Robohead, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Figma and Adobe Suite is a plus.
