Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT project management, in a healthcare setting - infrastructure and IT implementation projects (ie. Practice acquisitions, Practice Decommissions, Practice space configurations, Cisco phone system rollouts, IT infrastructure implementations that support EMR rollout, Epic would be preferred but not required, Etc )
Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Experience with project management software
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and related regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

This person will be focused on overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects related to the call center and Salesforce upgrades in a healthcare organization.
