Construction Superintendent
General Contractor
$90,000-110,000k/yr (DOE)
Permanent Opportunity!
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Dayton, Ohio (onsite)

What you'll be doing:
Daily on-site management of construction projects
Always maintaining a company culture of "safety"; leading by example and having a passion for safety excellence
Coordination drawing review
Work with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget
Responsible for maintaining project schedules, suppliers, cost, and quality
Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
Self-perform carpentry-type items as needed, such as doors, door hardware, blocking, partitions, etc.
Maintain required paperwork, such as daily reports, timesheets, safety audits, and drawings
Act as a mediator between onsite personnel to devise mutually beneficial solutions
Perform walkthrough and aftercare punch items after project completion
Who we're looking for:
3-5 years of general contractor superintendent experience REQUIRED
Retail/Commercial construction experience REQUIRED
Experience with material lead tracking REQUIRED
Ability to be a positive and effective day-to-day on-site leader of construction projects
10-Hour OSHA training (30-Hour preferred)
Knowledge of basic technology (email, mobile phones, tablets, digital photos)
Organized, thorough work ethic, analytically and mathematically minded
Critical thinker and a problem solver
