This work will be strategically focused, we are seeking high quality project and program management skillsets that can engage at various levels of the organizational structure and able to work across multiple business units. Much of this work will require interfacing with vendors, Strategic Initiative Leaders, business partners, technology architects and technology stakeholders.
The SCADA Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of multiple SCADA projects within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, program management, and leadership to ensure that all SCADA initiatives align with the company's objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The SCADA Program Manager works closely with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and external partners to drive program success and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Extensive experience in program management, preferably within SCADA, industrial automation, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple projects.
Ability to manage and support a large contingent of consulting partners
Executive presence, reporting to senior leadership
Minimum of 6-8 years' formal project management experience with focus on operational technology projects to deliver business outcomes
Prior experience managing 2 or more projects\programs simultaneously with value of over $5 million.
Previous experience managing the delivery of multiple assignments with overlapping priorities & timelines
Previous experience working in and/or leading cross-functional teams
Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills, transparency
Ability to multi-task with competing priorities
Ability to work across the organization from IT to the business at all levels of the organization
Desired:
Past SCADA upgrade experience in the Energy Domain
Knowledge of NERC requirements for CIP domain separation
Security Tool Implementation Project experience
PMP Certification
Demonstrated ability to work in agile\waterfall hybrid organizations
Core Responsibilities:
Handle planning and execution, finance planning and work product planning across strategic projects .
