Our client is a local general contractor working on a variety of projects in the commercial space. They're looking for a senior level Estimator to join their team.
What You'll Do:
Review project plans and requirements for Commercial Projects
Review bid documents
Determine labor and equipment costs
Negotiate and write subcontracts
Prepare conceptual estimates
Prepare budget updates
What You'll Need:
10+ years in the construction industry
Experience working on Commercial Projects
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Knowledge of OnScreen Takeoffs
Knowledge of construction delivery methods
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
