This Suffolk County-based commercial construction firm have a 30-year history of delivering projects for a range of local and regional clients.
The right candidate will have 1+ year's experience in commercial construction and/or construction administration, assisting with both the administrative (RFI's, submittals etc.) and site aspects of projects. An Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management degree is preferred, as is experience in precon/estimating.
Projects range from $500k to $20M, so experience in this breadth of job value would be highly beneficial (with $1-10M projects being the bulk of the portfolio).
