Organize and manage the build of prototype battery packs for design verification and vehicle builds to support product launches
Oversee and release Bill of Materials (BOM) for battery pack assemblies in the management system
Develop and establish process sheets for prototype assembly
Coordinate and schedule builds to meet customer needs and manage shipping of completed packs
Lead and support battery builds and rework in the pilot plant, logging issues, resolving them through team meetings, and maintaining build records
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with an Engineering discipline - preferably Mechanical or Electrical
Minimum 3 years of experience with electronic BOM systems and CAD systems, automotive battery designs, and fasteners and torque
