Drive scalable and sustainable process improvements, innovation, and automation within the business.
Define scope and deliverables, form project teams, plan and schedule, assess resources and costs, and manage communication and issues.
Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring members understand their roles and responsibilities, while motivating and managing cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Synthesize client requirements, produce Business Requirements Definition Documents or Feasibility Analyses, determine work requirements, and perform gap analyses.
Refine project management procedures using tools and techniques, communicate status, and escalate challenges and issues for resolution.
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Monitor timelines, ensure milestones are achieved on schedule, and address delays or obstacles promptly.
Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and risks.
Build relationships with management and key stakeholders in Operations, Business Partners, Process Managers, etc., to analyze, monitor, track, and report project progress.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management roles, with 3 years as a supervisor or lead preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Preferred fields include Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or MBA. Other related disciplines or commensurate work experience considered.
