We're growing fast and looking to add a Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Client Operations to manage our existing clients and ensure all deliverables are met. You will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of Olio's strategic initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a startup or high-growth environments.
  • Ideal candidates will have prior healthcare experience and a basic understanding of value based-care, and managed care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution oriented approach to client issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and the technology landscape.

Job Requirements

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, etc.) and external clients to define project expectations. Ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and adjust project plans to address emerging issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Provide regular updates to the VP of Client Operations and other key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine project management processes to improve efficiency, communication, and outcomes. Reduce waste and inefficiencies.
  • Support for the VP of Client Operations: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings. Provide ad-hoc support as needed to drive the success of the account management functions.
