Local Phoenix, AZ General Contractor actively seeking a JOC (Job Order Contracting) Project Manager to lead their projects through completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The JOC Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing commercial projects between $500K to $15M ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.
Select Responsibilities:
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
Develop and manage project schedules.
Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience required
JOC (Job Order Contracting) experience is preferred but not required.
Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must be willing to travel on site to project locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
