Overview of Position
To assist in our growth, we seek an outstanding and motivated Sr Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for influencing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and driving successful execution from concept to launch for software along our entire product delivery ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of software products and users, the ideal candidate can work across both internal and external facing development but has direct familiarity with APIs and/or web-based SaaS development.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Create, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and timelines.
Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive product development and launch efforts.
Collaborate with the engineering team to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories in line with agile development standards
Drive go-to-market strategy and product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams. Ensure the success of new product introductions and enhancements by developing clear messaging, training, and collateral.
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
Act as the voice of the customer, whether that customer is an external paying customer consuming our data or an internal user of one of our flight planning or data processing products, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to product development and strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or high-tech company, with a track record of successfully managing and launching complex products.
Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

This is a full-time position.
Pay is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.
This position is based at Bridger's facility in Bozeman, MT.
