Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.
Monitor and manage resource allocation, adjusting plans as needed to address any resource constraints.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and other documentation as required.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate project management processes and practices, recommending and implementing improvements.
Experience & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6-7 years of proven experience as a WIN 11 project manager, specifically in IT projects involving workstation and domain migration.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders' expectations.
A detail-oriented manager with a strong working knowledge of project management techniques, processes, and methodologies
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with and work with partners at all levels (including other Geographical Platforms)
Well-organized, pro-active, responsive, and action-oriented
A logical and structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Strong focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
Ability to work independently and to manage several priorities at once.
High level of integrity and strong work ethic, able to work in multi-cultural environments.
English speaking proficiency, both oral and written.
Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required,
Experience using Power Bl, MS projects, and Office 365 preferred.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
