Visa Requirements: H1B,nH4 EAD, US Citizen, Green Card (GC), and GC EAD.

Note: This position does not provide reimbursement for relocation expenses. Candidates will need to cover relocation costs at their own expense.

Project Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.

Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage resource allocation, adjusting plans as needed to address any resource constraints.

Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address issues.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and other documentation as required.

Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.

Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate project management processes and practices, recommending and implementing improvements.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of proven experience as a WIN 11 project manager, specifically in IT projects involving workstation and domain migration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders' expectations.
  • A detail-oriented manager with a strong working knowledge of project management techniques, processes, and methodologies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with and work with partners at all levels (including other Geographical Platforms)
  • Well-organized, pro-active, responsive, and action-oriented
  • A logical and structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Strong focus on service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and to manage several priorities at once.
  • High level of integrity and strong work ethic, able to work in multi-cultural environments.
  • English speaking proficiency, both oral and written.
  • Skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required,
  • Experience using Power Bl, MS projects, and Office 365 preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
