About the Role
Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The team is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support cybersecurity projects. The ideal candidate will help streamline project processes, and be prepared to take on project management tasks. The role is designed for someone who can effectively handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and contribute to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end project management process
Prepare, maintain, and present project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and status updates
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across different project teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in project coordination
Background in cybersecurity or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
Desired Attributes:
Proficiency in project management software (i.e. MS Project, Jira, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open-minded and a willingness to learn and tackle new challenges

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $65,000- $75,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Information
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
