Job Description:

Title:- Field Service Project Manager/Field Technician

Location:- Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN

Type:- Permanent/Direct-Hire

Responsibilities:

Go to job sites, help customers with systems when they're assembling them.

Look at drawings and make customers understand them as well. Could have imagery issues.

Resolve issues related to incorrect parts delivery, coordinating with customers to rectify mistakes and provide site service when necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Comfortable traveling will go to TN, Birmingham. Wherever the job is. Entire GA Branch region covers (NC,SC, TN, MS, Arkansas,)
  • 50% travel time. This person will also review their pictures that they take when materials come back. Identify if anything is damaged. Explain to customer why it is damage. Will see if something can be repaired.
  • Quality control is part of the job- will write a report of what they saw, what they think, what is not according to the drawing.
  • Outgoing personality, relationship building
  • Prefer if you have concrete work experience as a Foreman/ Superintendant
  • Need to read drawings/ things like that. Write up report/ take pictures etc.
  • Equipment: help assemble forming/shoring products. Don't have to drive a forklift. Not working as a worker on the job site. They are there to supervisor/give instructions to the site guys. Not physically moving stuff for the customers.

Education

Prefers a Bachelors degree but open to candidates with HS Diploma as well
