About the Role:
A prestigious global law firm is seeking an innovative Product Manager to join its Technology & Information Services team. This pivotal role focuses on driving product initiatives, integrating advanced technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML), and modernising the firm's product suite to stay competitive in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, leveraging customer feedback, market insights, and performance metrics. Present compelling strategies to gain stakeholder support.
Collaboration: Partner with fellow Product Managers to ensure cohesive product strategies across the firm.
Requirements Gathering: Translate business and stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage the product backlog with clarity, prioritising and refining user stories.
Roadmap Development: Build and maintain long-term product roadmaps, defining features, scope, and priorities. Communicate upcoming product releases effectively.
Leadership: Guide the scrum master and development team, offering clear direction. Conduct retrospectives to assess progress and refine strategies.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial and proprietary information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner/manager in the tech and engineering space.
Expertise in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and securing stakeholder buy-in.
Knowledge of AI and ML technologies is highly advantageous.
This role is based in the firm's Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles, offering a flexible hybrid working schedule.
