Our client is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
This is a full-time, 5 month (could extend) contract that is hybrid onsite in Orlando, FL. The application deadline for this opportunity is Thursday, September 19th, 2024.
Learning & Development Specialist Responsibilities:
Implementing comprehensive training programs and events
Collaborating with team members across various levels, from early career talent to executive leadership
Utilizing standard MS Office tools, MS Teams, and MS Forms to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Learning & Development Specialist Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on training and development
Proficiency in Excel (a must!)
Experience with rapid instructional systems design (ISD) technology tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Create Suite (preferred)
Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
Experience working at the enterprise level in technology, preferably in an internal client services capacity
Familiarity with agile/scrum approaches to product development and delivery (preferred)
