We are currently seeking a Product Manager to oversee and enhance the Mobile Power Products (MPS) portfolio, focusing on creating a top-notch user experience. This role involves working with the Product Development team and coordinating with other Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Drive the MPS marine products portfolio, manage product lifecycle, and propose end-of-life strategies.
Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide product development.
Product Development: Generate ideas for new products, create business plans, and ensure proper product development.
Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs within the company, build relationships, and gather feedback.
Strategic Management: Define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and create business cases to support the product vision.
Pricing and Profitability: Set pricing strategies, conduct margin analysis, and assess product performance.
Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and teams to define product positioning and launch strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to drive product enhancements and address issues proactively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering, development, or product management.
Strong technical knowledge of power systems, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to learn new applications.
Analytical skills for market forecasting and data summarization.
