This position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare material, equipment for training site sessions
Schedule, coordinate and monitor the delivery of all training
Train consistently, complete demonstration, guide learners on assignments to be fulfilled
Maintain professional image in line with company dress code. Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
May be ask to assist in editing and providing feedback to created content
Monitoring goals and plan for modification if needed
Assist and evaluate center staff attending training session
Maintain/ Monitor student training progress and report progress to site leadership
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Strong orator

Experience delivering training to an audience
Organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Smartsheet proficient
