Intellectual Property Litigation Associate, Senior Attorney or Of Counsel
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking an Associate, Senior Attorney, or Of Counsel to join its growing IP litigation practice in New York, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Boise, Seattle, or Washington D.C. offices. The salary for this position in New York will start at $220K.
Qualifications
4+ years of IP litigation experience involving complex patent and trademark litigation in federal courts.
Experience with written discovery, brief writing, depositions, working with experts, and trial preparation.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
Strong academic credentials as well as excellent communication and writing skills.
