Job Description:

We are partnering with a well established company in the commercial construction business who is seeking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to join their team.

This role would pay around $65K (based on experience) and offer benefits, including career growth.

Job duties:
  • Phone communication with Customers, Contractors, and Vendors
  • Receiving, reviewing and processing PO's for projects
  • Ordering materials for projects
  • Completing Proposals
  • Following up on Proposals
  • Basic Accounting support using QuickBooks
  • Weekly follow up phone calls on completed jobs

Job requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Project Coordination in a similar industry (construction, manufacturing, etc)
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
