We are partnering with a well established company in the commercial construction business who is seeking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to join their team.
This role would pay around $65K (based on experience) and offer benefits, including career growth.
Job duties:
Phone communication with Customers, Contractors, and Vendors
Receiving, reviewing and processing PO's for projects
Ordering materials for projects
Completing Proposals
Following up on Proposals
Basic Accounting support using QuickBooks
Weekly follow up phone calls on completed jobs
Job requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Project Coordination in a similar industry (construction, manufacturing, etc)
