Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of test technicians.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Conduct coaching and performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Oversee the execution of testing procedures for servers, storage, and networking solutions.
Ensure that all testing equipment, capital racks, and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
Monitor the testing process to ensure adherence to TPI and the quality standards.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the testing process.
Ensure the test capability by preparing for the required resources.
Execute the planned test products and deliver the daily/weekly output requirement.
Collaborate with the TE/QE through QIT meeting to improve testing procedures and outcomes.
Coordinate with other departments, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Prepare and present reports on testing activities, outcomes, and improvements to the next shift and management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production, testing, or quality assurance role within a server manufacturing environment.
AS degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of testing procedures and equipment for servers, storage, and networking solutions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in using testing software (Windows, Linux/Unix OS).
