Description:
This role involves providing comprehensive order management and customer service support for Fragrances customers. Key responsibilities include managing order entry, material allocations, returns, invoice disputes, and credit adjustments. The individual will also handle customer complaints, coordinate shipments, and maintain ongoing customer relationships. Additionally, the role includes monitoring supply and delivery issues, updating customer accounts, retrieving purchase orders, and ensuring the proper handling of customer logistics, packaging, and regulatory compliance.
The position requires collaboration with internal departments (Logistics, Sales, Quality Control, etc.) and handling customer inquiries, disputes, and documentation requests (e.g., MSDS, COFA). The individual will manage multiple customer orders and provide regular feedback to both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
