We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estate Planning Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Boston office. The successful candidate will have a solid background in drafting estate planning documents and a strong understanding of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns. Familiarity with Massachusetts probate laws and procedures is essential.
Qualifications:
A Juris Doctor from top-ranked law school, required.
2-5 years of experience in estate planning, including drafting estate planning documents.
Familiarity with the preparation of federal and Massachusetts estate tax returns.
Knowledge of Massachusetts probate laws and procedures.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and adapt to quickly evolving situations.
