Facilitation Coordinator

Contract

3+ months (with a chance to go perm if the person does well)

Industry- Non-profit, social services (healthcare & employment services), about 300 employees

Hours- 9-5 with 1 hour lunch (35 hours per week)

Location- Onsite daily at Park Avenue in Harlem 10035

Background- yes

Why Open- Turnover. Looking for a Bilingual candidate with facilitation and/or case management experience.

Must haves:

-Associate's or Bachelor's degree

-Bilingual (Spanish)

-Facilitation experience (has led a workshop or class)

-MS Office

Preferred:

-Social services experience

-Case management experience

-Has helped with resume writing or workforce training

Job Description:

A non-profit (social services provider) is looking for a Contractor with facilitation or case management experience.

Duties include:
  • Has facilitation experience (has led workshops or classes)
  • Social services or non-profit experience
  • Cas management is a plus.
  • Assisting with writing resumes for clients, outreach, data entry such as entering case notes, supporting in the workshops, assisting with logging clients into the Learning Management system, scanning client IDs, printing HRA referrals, greeting orientation clients and signing them in etc.

-Associate's or Bachelor's degree

-MS Office proficiency

-Non-profit, social services or case management experience is a bonus
