Key Responsibilities:
Be an active participant in scaffold design projects, from the concept phase to the construction
Collaborates with branches and field teams to gather comprehensive project details
Develop design plans and drawings based on collected data and project requirements
Gain expertise in the company's extensive product offerings to provide right/unique access solutions.
Share expertise with other team members and designers through training and mentoring
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and results
Performs routine work which does not require previous experience
Qualifications:
Holds an associate's degree
Possesses 2-5 years of experience
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills
Exhibits a basic understanding of safety factors used in scaffold design
Able to perform leg load calculations
Proficient in utilizing advanced CAD, 3D model, 3D printing, SolidWorks
Has a basic understanding of primary code governing industry
Ability to train others in fundamental knowledge within the field
