Mike Cox of Robert Half is currently recruiting a newly created Chief Operating Officer. Due to consistent year over year growth my client in Los Angeles has grown to almost a $1bn revenue business.
The Chief Operating Officer will report to the strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer and will play an instrumental role in the continued success and development of the company.
The Chief Operating Officer will oversee key infrastructure, to optimize organizational operations and efficiencies, to increase financial performance and profitability, and to drive sustainable and measurable growth.
Expert oversight of critical organization functions including information technology, human resources, operations, marketing, client advocacy and relationship management, and business development.
Strong partner and advisor with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities to align strategy and goals, to build consensus, and to achieve objectives across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
The Chief Operating Officer will:
Supervise all daily operations of the company, including IT, marketing and sales
Preparing and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on all matters related to the business
Performing employee reviews and developing corrective action plans if needed
Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth
Working with the executive team to set company performance goals
Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization
To be considered you will have:
Bachelor's Degree and MBA
You will have at least 15+ years experience in team management and operational leadership
