Our Client a well Known Investment Bank is seeking a Retirement Operations Analyst in their Jersey City, NJ location!
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to retirement operations, including contributions, distributions, account conversions, recharacterizations, and state withholding reconciliations.
Perform data analysis and ensure the accurate recording of transactions with appropriate accounting and coding standards.
Support management in developing metrics that track the progress and resolution of retirement account inquiries.
Process customer requests for fund transfers out of retirement accounts, ensuring tax implications are understood and properly managed.
Resolve issues related to retirement accounts, thoroughly documenting the resolution process.
Ensure data integrity is maintained across client-facing systems and displays.
Qualifications:
Experience with retirement accounts, IRS regulations, or tax reporting obligations is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to dynamic work environments and shifting priorities.
