Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for updates from key clients.
Provide shipment information, create orders, and activate shipments
Confirm information and inventory drops are completed as planned.
Update systems with accurate status and locations of trucks and drivers.
Provide shipment info completely and accurately.
Assist in maintaining and adapting customer specific procedure requests.
Problem solving to find solutions for client concerns that are needed.
Follow through to trouble shoot shipments/deliveries until client satisfaction is met.
Requirements:
High School Diploma at Minimum
Must be able to work onsite in Eden Prairie MN
2+ Years of in office work experience/or Customer Service Experience preferred (Logistics Experience is a plus)
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment and have good time management skills
