This group is expanding and looking to add a Land to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in land-related inquiries and provide support in preparing periodic reports on payments, acreage, and other essential land data.
Monitor leases and contracts to ensure they comply with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage and organize critical land documentation, ensuring data accuracy and proper filing.
Help resolve title issues and support asset transactions by preparing and analyzing Division Orders and Transfer Orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Energy Management or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in the oil and gas industry as a land analyst, lease analyst, or in a similar capacity.
Strong understanding of land leasing processes, regulations, and industry standards, with New Mexico experience being a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
