Description:
The Workday HCM Business Analyst works with the People Technology team and supports users of Workday in HR. Currently, the team consists of three Workday Business Analysts who respond to incoming troubleshooting tickets, diagnose user/system errors, resolve issues within Workday system configuration and integrations with 3rd party applications and/or escalate tickets if necessary. This team supports US staff who receive tickets at a very high volume and additional team members to keep up with the demand. This role will eventually be converted to a full-time employee, however, they would like to start with a 6-month contract. Their environment uses a variety of HR applications and requires heavy integration with Workday
Required Skills:
3+ years of Workday HCM/HR Technology experience
EIB's, Workflows, User Access/Security Access, Functional Solutions, Compensation changes, Approvals, etc.
Troubleshooting and error diagnosis experience. Experience in a ticketing/helpdesk style environment is a plus.
Any Certifications in workday are a plus
Module experience: HR Management, Workforce Planning, HCM, Compensation and Benefits
