Avli Hospitality Group - Pitaki General Manager: Pioneering a New Concept

Avli Hospitality Group is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to lead our newest venture in the heart of Chicago's West Loop. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to join on the ground floor and spearhead the launch and growth of our new, innovative, quick-service concept, Pitaki. This person will not only be part of the launch they will also play a leading role in the development of operational processes and standards. Pitaki is committed to providing high-quality food, guests, and employee experience.

As a hands-on General Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the culture and success of our new concept. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of two managers, and delivering exceptional results.

This is a spectacular opportunity for the right candidate to join a well-established company with a 15-year record in the hospitality environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years Management experience in the fast-casual or QSR space
• Valid ANSI-approved food manager certification (or ability to pass)
• Experience managing P&L driving positive results.
• Hiring and Recruitment experience in the fast Casual and QSR Environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others.
• Demonstrated understanding of the business
• Experience with new location openings (preferred)
