In this role, you will:
- Oversee all field activities of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to building codes.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project plans and schedules.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment on all project sites.
- Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule and conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Resolve conflicts and address challenges that may arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential construction, with a strong background in remodeling and custom home building.
- A solid understanding of construction principles, techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee subcontractors and project teams.
- A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of construction.
