About the Company:

Cohen Circle is seeking a dynamic and proactive Chief of Staff to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer and leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team, driving strategic initiatives both internally and externally. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the operations of a leading investment firm. We expect this role to be a two-year program.

About the Role:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, helping to shape and implement strategic priorities. Facilitate seamless communication within the Cohen Circle team and externally with portfolio companies, founders, investors and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain checklists to monitor key projects, initiatives, and deadlines. Prepare reports, presentations and other documents for internal and external audiences. Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities for members of the team at industry and investor conferences, events, and panels. Manage the firm's public relations efforts, including social media channels and media relations. Assist with the develop and implementation of an integrated strategic communications plan to advance our brand identity and broaden awareness of our platform. Ideate unique, creative and engaging events to build community among our various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Required Skills:
  • 2-4 years of business experience, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
  • Experience in the fintech/insuretech/SaaS/payments verticals is a plus
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to present complex topics in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and thrive in a lean, fast-paced and flat organization
  • Action-driven with a high sense of urgency balanced with strong attention to detail, quality orientation, process management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $80,000-$120,000 based on experience
