We are seeking a skilled LED Sign Builder to join our team. As an LED Sign Builder, you will be responsible for fabricating a variety of signs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications. You will also lead a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate and assemble signs according to design specifications and industry standards.
Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and tools.
Lead and supervise a team, assigning tasks and providing on-the-job training.
Ensure quality control throughout the fabrication process.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate implementation of signage projects.
Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for fabrication.
Uphold safety standards and protocols in the workshop.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sign fabricator or similar role, with expertise in sign fabrication techniques and materials.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Proficiency in operating fabrication equipment such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and welding tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a workshop environment.
Certification in related fields is a plus.
