Location: Onsite in Ontario, CA, Hybrid
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or higher Required
This role will have oversight of the Utilization Management team, health claims, contracts and benefits departments (30-60)
This role will report to the CMO for strategy and growth development, as well as manage team operations.
This role will be functioning with self-funded insurance plans (experience mandatory)
Experience:
We are looking for someone who has multi-state experience from a Health Plan that has a self-funded plan.
We are looking for operations and management experience.
