Job Description:
ProspectBlue seeks a Customer Success/Accounting Assistant for a great client in Richmond, VA!Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients
- Set up QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll for new clients
- Help clients organize their financials, establish their businesses, maintain their books, and assist with tax strategy
- Work closely with the Founder
- Track monthly income and expenses
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
- Assist clients in setting up LLCs and bank accounts
Qualifications
- 2 or 4-year degree, in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Customer service oriented a must
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
