We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our local manufacturing client! This role would be a great fit for you I you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in building relationships, and having outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure quality front-line support and communication to sales, production, and engineering departments. This is an on-site opportunity located in the Apex, NC area.
Responsibilities
Interface and engage daily with clients and internal employees to ensure schedules for Shipping, Supply Chain, and Internal manufacturing are met
Provide front-line customer support and serve as the primary point of contact for all costumer, staff, and administrative concerns
You'll work in an environment answering both inbound and outbound calls, and will need to answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience analyzing and processing data
Qualifications
Effective written and verbal communication that minimizes re-do work and delivers service excellence
Minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience, with effective use of Microsoft office365 products
High School Diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of experience working with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
