Pay Rate: $21/hr (with a $0.50 raise after 4 months and another $0.50 raise at 6 months)
Duration: 2-year contract with the possibility for conversion from the 6-month mark and onwards (based on business need and performance)

Must Haves:
2+ years of experience working in a Collections Call Center
Critical thinking skills, specifically knowing how to build rapport and provide solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a heavy phone support role
Must be reliable and available to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls, speaking with approximately 32 members per day
Understand members' needs and provide solutions to help improve their financial security
Contact members by telephone to negotiate debt recovery
Negotiate settlements to receive payment on percentages of loans
A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for 10 Collections Agents to join their team. This team is responsible for collecting funds from delinquent accounts, including credit card loans, home equity lines of credit, and overdrawn savings accounts.
