Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the Basis for Cost (BFC) process, gaining a deep understanding of projects and identifying potential supply chain risks.
- Analyze initial Bills of Materials (BOM) to identify cost-saving and lead-time improvement opportunities in project quotes.
- Develop and execute plans to ensure timely completion of purchasing tasks aligned with project timelines.
- Collaborate with commodity managers on engineer-to-order (ETO) projects to support successful execution.
- Create and maintain performance tracking reports using Excel and Power BI to monitor key metrics.
- Implement procurement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience:**
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or project management.
- Demonstrated progression in roles involving commodity management, supplier relations, and contract negotiations.
- Experience in leading or guiding a procurement team, either directly or indirectly.
- Strong technical and operational mindset with a focus on execution.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team settings.
**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
