Position: Collections Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!
Pay rate: $25/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1+ years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with documented guidelines and standards.
Provide key support for timely master data changes among their specific domain (i.e. Customer, Material or Vendor).
Work integrally with and assist Stakeholders, Sales Administrators, Account Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, Directors, Senior Leadership and other staff to continuously improve upon our service offerings and delivery to customers.
Experience working with data to analyze, research and execute daily process
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with tools such as SAP and Salesforce preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
