Your Role: Employment Senior Associate Attorney
Hit the ground running by inheriting a strong caseload of Plaintiff and Defense Employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Representing clients in court, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex employment law issues and litigation strategies.
