Job Description:

Job Title: Check-In Host

Location: Philadelphia (Conference Venue)

Duration: 1 Week

Pay: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the convention.
  • Check in attendees efficiently using event software or provided systems.
  • Distribute badges, event materials, and provide relevant information to attendees.
  • Answer attendee questions and provide general assistance throughout the check-in process.
  • Assist with managing lines and maintaining order at registration stations.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless guest experience at all times.
  • Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient check-in area.

Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service or event experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with check-in systems or event software is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Must be available for the full week of the conference.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility with hours, including early mornings or evenings, depending on the conference schedule.
