Our product team is seeking an impeccably detail-oriented, collaborative, quick, and ambitious product designer with demonstrated front-end development experience, the desire to solve complex product design problems, and the strategy acumen to deliver beautiful solutions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
A conceptual, strategy-forward approach to generating and communicating insights and concepts
An overwhelming portfolio of product design work marked by innate sensitivity to user experience, flawlessly executed interface design, typographic sophistication, and a flair for the expression of brand
The ability to elegantly navigate collaboration and communication with a diverse team
The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
An innate curiosity about everything, but especially people and how they use digital products
An innate orientation toward helpfulness and optimism (ie, "this could be better" (we see this as the primary spirit of most designers))
Full fluency in product design systems, including building and editing component libraries
A high level of competency and speed working in Figma
3 - 8 years of experience
NICE TO HAVES
Experience designing analytics products with data-driven user workflows
Front-end development experience, specifically with React/Next.js
User research and testing experience
