Job Description:

We are seeking a project manager for a 2 year engagement to support the General Counsel's oiffice in an implementation of legal software.

This role requires expertise in project management, coordinating multiple cross-domain teams, managing vendors, developing and tracking project milestones, and monitoring to ensure timely deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience with software development projects, especially case management software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management:

o Coordinate the development and implementation of the digital case management system to me project objectives.

o Plan and implement stakeholder engagement surveys and feedback sessions.

o Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

o Monitor and ensure project progress to meet project deadlines, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, IT, and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Six Sigma®, or equivalent

* Experience:

o Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on large technology implementations.

o Strong understanding of digital case management systems and software development processes.\
