Your New Role:
Join an exclusive oil and gas organization as the Cost Accountant, where you will manage staff's daily needs and ensure all tasks and responsibilities are covered, review and approve monthly account reconciliations, guide root cause analysis and implementation of corrections where needed, drive the review of system annual standard costs, and develop automated streamline processes for report or data analysis.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Your Experience: • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. • Three (3) years of accounting, auditing, or a related field experience is required. • Previous technical manufacturing background & solid costing experience is required. • Previous or current role as a supervisor or manager of direct reports is required. • Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel; Oracle Hyperion, Smart View, Snowflake, Power BI, and Alteryx experiences are a huge plus. • Strong managerial/communication (verbal and written) skills are required.
