LHH has partnered with a great client in the Nashville, TN area to help find a talented Onboarding Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees. Workday knowledge is a must for this role!
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, answering related questions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, providing clear and timely communication regarding expectations, schedules, and relevant information.
Work closely with HR, IT, Managers, and other relevant departments to coordinate resources and ensure all necessary arrangements are met.
Monitor pre-employment processes related to Foreign Official (FO/FO) questions, consent forms, background check and drug screen, and preboarding tour completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
