Experience:
The ideal candidate should have;
3-6 years of experience with registered investment companies.
Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisors Act is required.
Excellent academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-Accredited law school.
Experience with exchange traded-funds, variable insurance products, business development companies, investment advisors, and/or commodities work is a plus.
Large law firm, in-house or regulatory agency experience is preferred.
