A Client of Insight Global is looking to add a Billing Manager to their team in Englewood, CO. This role requires this individual to be onsite in Englewood, CO 5 days a week. Any remote or non-local candidates will not be considered for the role.
For this role your time will be split between leadership tasks (50%), new hire onboarding and training (25%) and the remaing spent with additional duties. The role involves leading a team with professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving revenue. Responsibilities include managing team performance, developing effective processes, and maintaining responsive communication with patients, clinics, and sales reps. Additionally, the role requires overseeing new hire onboarding and staff training, providing feedback and mentoring, and managing various HR functions. The position demands a presence in the office for 40 hours per week and adherence to company policies in a fast-paced environment.
