Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Manage inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels
- Supervise restaurant management, menu planning, and food quality standards
- Oversee the implementation and execution of policies, operating procedures and training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules, and regulations for the restaurant staff
- Lead budgeting processes and financial planning for the department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the food and beverage team
Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or similar setting
- Strong background in assistant manager or director roles
- Four (4) years or more expertise in restaurant management, banquet operations, cash handling, and team management
Nice-to-have:
- ServSafe Certification
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis for F&B operations
