CONTRACT SOURCER:

-Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability

-High requisitions, high volume - high urgency

-Metrics: High volume - production-based role

REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a keen sense of passion for sourcing
• Requires capability to qualify candidates based on requirements
• Requires excellent organizational skills in order to source/ build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates - maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

• Requires capability of following processes
• Goal-oriented
• Team Collaborator
• Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems

-401k 3% match, W-2, guaranteed 40 hours a week, any overtime must be pre-approved in advance by manager, weekly pay on Fridays

-Remote: equipment provided - laptop, headset, soft phone, Outlook, Microsoft suite, GHR, ATS, job boards

-Availability to convert to full-time permanent with health insurance, PTO

-Requirements to convert to full-time permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening
